Past several times have been a 10/10. Unfortunately I did have a bit of a headache from my most recent experience. I had a defective product & unfortunately I did not know until I got home, 25 minutes away. I took more time out of my day to go back to this establishment & was met with the owner that took on the issue. From there, I explained what had happened & what troubleshooting efforts I done to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, it felt like I was being degraded & wrote off as if I didn’t know what I was doing or talking about. The first sentence that was said to me was “You need to wait & leave it plugged in longer”. Which I did before I even thought about returning the product. I stood there waiting more, watching the gentleman, go through the SAME troubleshooting steps as I was earlier. At this point, he was more concerned about his credit & the money that he lost due to the product not working. I did end up getting a new, non-defective product. What disappointed me was the lack of empathy & apology for the inconvenience. Heck, I was the one who apologized as soon as I walked in. The solution to the inconvenience was made harder than what it should’ve been, despite the gentleman’s denial.
