Easau, the manager of this shop, is one of the best retail store managers I have ever encountered! He is very helpful and always keeps me updated with the latest deals. I will not use another shop besides this one here in town!!

The fellow was a little bit preoccupied... And through no fault of his or the business smoke's have been taxed again so it is getting to be very rediculus. Just tax something else ! The place is offering a 10 percent off of items not cigarettes but I bought a new Zippo so that was a nice gesture!

Every time I walked into the store, there were no less than four people working. Diligently trying to help each and every customer find exactly what they want. The last time I walked in there, there was one individual. He didn’t speak my language. He had no idea what I needed. Nor did he care. This used to be a great place to get vapes and related products, Now it’s just another store taken over by somebody that doesn’t give a crap about Americans. This man had the audacity (after purchasing this business without knowing a damn thing about it) to tell me that I should know the part numbers on everything I purchase there. I kindly explained to him that I don’t work there, he does. He didn’t take very kindly to that. During this entire communication, he was attempting to grab my vape THE PART THAT I PUT IN MY MOUTH from my hand. I HAVE NO IDEA WHERE THIS MAN’S HANDS HAVE BEEN!! And you want to touch my vape?!?! Boy, please!! Rest assured, my shadow will never darken your door again. 🙏🏼💜🇺🇸🇺🇸

New owners are very rude, they scanned a product for me that was $19.99 the day they came in and took over and then tried to increase the price right in front of my face to $35 without warning stating that the former employees had it priced wrong, but that is not my fault, maybe put a new sticker on before you do that to a customer. The employee was raising his voice at me the whole time I talked him into not treating customers that way and gave advice of putting new stickers. They’re making everything more expensive out of greed with the excuses of tariffs OR the former owners lost money because it was “priced too low”, I’ve heard both. DO NOT GO HERE ANYMORE THERE IS WAY MORE RESPECTFUL AND AFFORDABLE PLACES NOW IN TOWN.

I’ve been coming here for years, recently they fired all the employees and the items I usually buy are not in stock anymore or they raised the prices on those items by 50 percent. An item I bought yesterday which is usually 39.99 and now today it’s 50.99. I spend over 500 dollars a week at this store but looks like I will be taking my 500 elsewhere. All of the new employees barely speak English and look at me like I’m stupid when I called them out on their price gouging. I will be contacting the Iowa attorney general to investigate what is going on. If they see that you come in there often to buy a certain product they talk to their co workers in a different language and magically the price jumps the next day. Bunch of criminals. I will be telling all of my friends and family that shop here often to find a new business to support.
