Justin is awesome and very knowledgeable and very respectful. He sold me a device that wasn't charged yet and I tried to take a couple draws off of it then it wouldn't work and I asked him if we could trade it for another one and he said no we can't because that wouldn't be fair to the next guy that bought the one I tried to draw off of. A man of great integrity and excellent customer service! Ps the device did charge and is working great!

Bought juice and it was disgusting. Other vape shops will let you exchange it so I thought they would have a similar customer service policy. Turns out they don’t. I’ve spend quite a bit of money supporting this local business but unfortunately I will support a different one from now on.
