Excellent location between Collins and Blair's Ferry with many parking spaces and pink motif easily seen from Center Point Rd. Almost overwhelming selection but helpful staff won't harass you but will provide all the assistance you need to get the goods you seek. Nice selection of clearly marked discount products. Good selection of butane with premium brands suitable for culinary use. Refillable torches under $10. So many nicotine vape options including atomizers, tanks, batteries, units and starter packs. Great stock of fresh juices and novel disposables. Store selections are comfortably spread out, well lighted and thoughtfully arranged. Clean and clear displays and staff will assist viewing items of interest by retrieving the product from the display case if requested. I really appreciate being able to approach the front counter for quick directions, or more preferred for me, leave you to peruse the extensive selection of different categories of products or the wide variety of options within a category. No pressure experience with knowledgeable assistance upon request. There are a few steps from the parking lot to the front door. I will add accessibility options next time I go. This local establishment is worth the patronage as we want to support businesses that take pride in the excellent selection of products and conversational expertise to ensure your purchase meets your expectations. Coming from the downtown area to help a friend find their preferred vape, we stopped at 4 places along the route and the options and answers were lacking either the stock or product information this store provided. I hope this review helps inform you of options available to acquire the products you desire. Happy hippie hitting hempy hooch!

I’ve been a loyal regular at Pink Cloud on 5524 Center Point Rd NE in Cedar Rapids for a long time because of the competitive prices. Today I left in tears and will never return to this location. I walked in and became the 3rd customer in the store, the gentleman being rung up at the register had just finished paying and I stepped in line behind him. Another customer had been standing off to the side in the store and looked busy on his phone, either way he was not in line. I was needing two packs of cigarettes after just finishing a plasma donation at BioLife to afford my small personal habit and I had my young child waiting in the car and was therefore trying to be quick. The older male employee (possibly the owner) was working with a younger guy. He rudely interrupted my transaction, then when my BioLife card (which had a $60 balance minutes earlier) only deducted $2, he got visibly irritated, sighed heavily, and snapped at me in a scolding tone: 'I don’t have time for this, I’m very busy.' Meanwhile, I was literally the only person in the store at that point. No line. No rush. Just pure disdain for a paying customer who had just donated plasma for an hour to shop there. I had to run and get alternative payment while feeling humiliated. If this is how you treat regular customers—especially single moms trying to make ends meet—your business won’t last long on word of mouth. Save yourself the frustration and shop anywhere else. This kind of employee is despicable, and this level of arrogance has no place in customer service. If you hate working with the public so much, THEN DONT.

Always the best price. Always licensed non counterfeit products. This is only place I will go anymore. I’ve thought I was getting a better price somewhere else. It always turns out to be fake products or a different packaging. These guys will do right by you. No negotiating needed. Nice store. Life atmosphere. Friendly employees.

love this store! best service, awesome selection and great prices. pink cloud has always been my #1 choice. everybody who works here is so chill and friendly. i usually feel out of place at most vape shops because I don’t know much about vaping, but they always make me feel comfortable and welcome. love them. 11/10!

Amazing selection and the staff are always very nice. Usually always have everything I need in stock
