After wasting a ton of money trying to figure out the right vape setups online and at other shops, coming to CIV Plus on Center Point Road was an absolute breath of fresh air. The store manager, Alex, helped us out and he was incredibly nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Instead of just trying to push a quick sale, he took the time to walk us through each of the devices, broke down the technical differences, and pointed out the specific highlights of each one so we could make an informed choice. Once we picked out our setups, Alex didn't just hand us a box, he actually took the time to set up the products for us right there and gave us a full demonstration so we knew exactly how to use and maintain them. He was extremely polite, patient, and informative throughout the entire visit. Finding a shop with this level of genuine customer service and expertise is rare. We left with the perfect devices, an easy local spot for replacement pods, and total peace of mind. If you want honest, professional help, go see Alex at CIV Plus!

The guy working when I went in was the absolute best. I don't know that I have ever had such great customer service support in my life. He was incredibly helpful and upbeat.

Great little shop here. Got a vaping lounge and store was clean and organized. The guys working there were friendly and helpful. I got what i went there for. Found some blueberry custard i cant wait to try. Oh and they fixed one of my vapes for me.
