I've been a customer here ever since it opened but honestly over the past few months the quality of service has declined so much that I've started shopping elsewhere. Especially over the last month at least twice a week the store isn't opened when it's supposed to be (9am) and I've had to wait upwards of an hour for the guy to show up and open up the store. I've told the store owner and he has done nothing to resolve this issue, so keep that in mind if you plan on shopping here. It might be wiser to just take your business somewhere else

I called to ask about a product and within half a second of asking my question the man on the phone says “we don’t have”…. I asked if he even looked and he just went radio silent… mind you I’m asking about their availability on a product I just bought from them a month ago, and they now no longer carry any of the devices accessories.

I bought a vape from here and it stopped working the next morning and then all the vape juice leaked out of it while it was sitting on my counter. I called to let them know and all the employee said was “so” and then radio silence..very disappointed in the product quality and customer service.

There's a couple of boys in there that works they're young guys that go over and beyond what they need to do to help you there always answer questions well and treat you as you are family not sure their names but I know who they are at my face and you would too if you enter it's a really good place to go and nice price to
