Malm was awesome and super personable I was bored and just got a bunch of random stuff. And decided to get the grab bags wish I knew not to buy 2 of the same price grab bag because it’s identical stuff which honestly is disappointing I was excited to open them when I got home. And Ngl figured the $4.20 bag would have cool stuff or possibly useful stuff but sadly it’s all just stuff that would never sell. Idk mystery bags usually have a fun element to them would recommend the store but let me be your lesson on those grab bags :( pic is of the $4.20 bag big sad on the bags dude 😂😭

Cool little spot with a nice vibe. The staff was friendly and helped me find exactly what I needed without being pushy. Solid selection of glass, incense, neat little figurines, and a good range of vapes.

Came in for an extender for my water pipe. Couldnt see what I was lighting because of the glass bulb on the top, I was immediately greeted and escorted to a wide variety of options. I showed them the picture and sizes for fits, and was gladly given some options. They helped me piece this bad boy together I was just the sock puppet shaking my head yes holding out my money... lol TY guys east village location, beasts.

An interaction I had with Murray, the store manager, was incredibly generous. He helped me troubleshoot a product until it worked. Moreover, Murray has provided consistent and exceptional customer service over the past few years I've shopped at Shags.

I purchased one item, the clerk rang me up for things I did not want and then tried to keep the items he rang me up for. My credit card has 2 charges on it when I only purchased one item. Will not be going back
