Was in today for a product for my fiance. It was $78 with a 30% off discount. The kid only took 14 and made it 64 when it should have been 58. Will be reporting this one. Shits getting tired with this company and it's shady crap. Even my phone showed that he was way off. He took off on his moped before we could fix it and the poor new higher they had didn't really know what was going on. Going to BBB, trust pilot, and the state over this. Isn't the first time we have had issues, but this was a pretty big discrepancy that could easily be solved on a cell phone. 30% off 78 is 54.60, not $64.39

They have a pretty large selection and the gal that helped me was really informative. Plus I had questions she wasn't quite sure how to answer and she went out of her way to look them up for me. Prices are reasonable as well!

The person at the counter had an attitude and gave me the wrong items twice. Asked me if I wanted “brass or steel” I said brass, gave me steel. Had to repeat myself multiple times as the clerk struggled to find a dish full of mesh grates that was right in front of my face that I was pointing at. Also, tried to give me terp pearls that I didn’t ask for. Checked me out and walked away. Very rude. Sad!

Female clerk with tattoos showed up an hour late to open. Then argued with me that the store doesn’t open until 9AM, although the door and the web say 8 AM. She continued to mess with the cash register and ignore me so I decided it must be self service. Hire nicer people.

I love this place!!! Great deals. I would say amazing workers overall . They try their best to keep up with good prices and friendly staff. I have had one issue with a second shift worker who has tattoos. She was just snotty and didn’t seem to like her job and was always threatening to quit. but again overall amazing place.
