I'm gonna first say that I have been a regular customer for years at this Marion Iowa location on 7th Ave, and am always friendly and satisfied with the service. Never had any issues any the store or the workers. Until 7/20/26. This experience was NOT acceptable. I went into the store out of good faith because there was a severe heavy storm with nearby thunder, clearly best to not be outside and at that time I had to wait on a ride, could not go anywhere else while I was waiting out the storm. As I was waiting, I was spoken to very rudely by one of the workers as I asked for help (to simply seek shelter while waiting which was only a few minutes), demanding I leave the store or she will call the police. I said I had nowhere to go, no car, waiting on ride in the storm. She ignored a very basic HUMAN NEED (shelter) and went to call the police, and threatened me. This is not the kind of humane friendly service I seek in businesses I frequent. No one has ever spoken to me in this way in a time of genuine need. ****I will not be returning to bring business there like I had done frequently before today. And will be speaking negatively about it to as many people as possible. ***Note to the Business Owner: Remember the Human. Your customers are human and have human needs and when you disrespect us, we simply don't return. Y'all have the day y'all deserve, now!

Very helpful staff, decent prices and tobacco selection.

Bought two of these and was told they were new and would be able to prevent overcharging. Wasted over $20.00...Dont purchase

The balding queen desperately holding onto a ponytail was about the rudest person I’ve ever met. Don’t go there unless you are an expert on every product made. A simple question got a 5 minute sass lesson about “using your words” and “it’s the customers job to know about all of these”. No my job is to give you money and ask your advice. Not be the outlet for why you are bald and single at 40. Won’t go here again.
