I recieved a 3/4 full vape fresh out of the box with the darkest color liquid you’ve seen. I asked the lady to switch me flavors and she was extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. I proceed to leave a comment on the page with the owner saying to call him back to make it right. After crying about the bad review the whole phone call he offered to replace it. I proceeded to go back the next day after work to replace it as he said. When I arrive another older lady was working there. Rude doesn’t even begin to explain how she was acting she was yelling and extremely nasty in her tone she was everything you’d not want to deal with. (It’s the 2 older ladies and the owner that are the problem) So not only are the way over priced but the customer service is absolutely horrible. My advice is to drive the 5 minutes farther down the road and go to the one by dairy zone so you don’t waste your time money or effort at this place

Unfortunately, the quality of this place has declined significantly. We used to be frequent customers, especially when Hunter was part of the team, his service was consistently excellent. Since then, however, we’ve noticed a sharp increase in prices compared to similar establishments, and the level of customer service has noticeably deteriorated. Good luck.

Alicia is the best! She always goes above and beyond to help me each week with my nicotine runs! She doesn’t have to do what she does to make things easier for me, but she’s always willing! I appreciate the accommodations!!
