The dirty blonde wavy long hair lady with glasses has a very bad attitude, and when we asked if they still had the $7-$10 vapes she made us look stupid by just staring at us smirking and then looking down at vapes we were looking for. Unprofessional and rude!

I've been visiting this location on and off for three years now. Customer service tends to be rude and act like they would rather be getting their teeth pulled then helping a customer. I found out tonight from another vape shop that uses the same phone number reward system, that this location has employees that have been stealing points from mine and my boyfriend's joint account!! And it's not just our account, it's MULTIPLE accounts. So if you go to the Derby Vape100, there's a good chance your points are being stolen by the employees

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but out of all the vape shops I’ve visited in the area, this one could use some help. Customer service is sluggish and the store smells unclean. I could mention more but I’ll leave it at that.

They always have something within my budget, I love the clearance area I always find something I like. And the staff is super friendly and helpful

Never once in a few years have I had an issue with anything here. Employees always take the time to answer my questions when I feel dumb, and make sure I get exactly what I want. They have definitive rules if you use your brain and listen, no issues. They cannot answer questions over the phone if you call them, you cannot in anyway be on your cell phone in the store or you cannot legally be given any service. The signs are right at the front door when you walk in, in your face. I love the new clean layout, and rewards program brought back.
