Been spending money here several times a week for over a year now and they officially lost us as a customer permanently, bought vape walked out didn’t work and took right back in after I just purchased and they won’t do anything about it. Completely ridiculous and not how I would treat a repeating customer. Maybe you should upgrade your camera system if you can’t tell an empty from a new one( I brought the new one back in) I don’t need to pull a fast one on anyone. I never worried about trying them because we are always in there buying and supporting you as well as fixed water issues for the property. So yes I didn’t try it before I left because I never thought you’d screw me out of something I just bought!

Kristina is as always the most helpful! There have been some changes to the 5 star system and how you can redeem your points that I’m not real happy about but I still love the product and people. I really hope it goes back to how it used to be and people see that some of us do have some loyalty that should be respected.

I've been coming to this location for around 4 years now. And I love how knowledgeable and friendly the staff is. They always greet you with a smile and always so helpful. I come into the store 2 or 3 times a week.
