First time customer, don’t know the language but I asked for a vaporizer that I could add my own cartridge. She sold me one, went outside sat in car and tried to install the cartridge. Couldn’t get it open went back inside and she basically said to me I didn’t make myself clear. That’s bull, not customer service, don’t listen, and was expensive. I will never step in this store again.

Fantastic customer service by Shadow! I always get nervous walking into vape shops, but Shadow made me feel so welcome and comfortable. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and KIND! 10/10!

Husband and I spend $500+ a month here for over a year, well used to. New chick still being trained by the owner refused sale because I mentioned picking out juice for my 46 year old husband. She didn’t ask for my ID though.

Just absolutely horrible customer service. I have been going there for 6 years on and off. Trying to give them a chance after chance after chance after chance. I heard they had new ownership and thought these people might actually be nice. No, there was some girl with a headband on and glasses that was incredibly rude to me. Just kept talking down to me and was not at all smart about vapes. She kept telling me what to do, even though I know it was wrong I have been vaping for 10+ years. I ended up leaving without buying anything. This place just needs to shut down, vapor maven Just needs to stop operations. They obviously have no clue what they’re doing and neither do their employees
