I stopped in here on my way home from the library looking for a new cartridge for my Vaporesso mod. The nice clerk signed me up for rewards and let me redeem my $5 reward right away, so I only paid $2 and change for my new cartridge. The store was clean, and she made sure I checked the cartridge for proper fit before I left. I wish I would have been upsold on some more juice because I like good deals and often shop sales, but maybe the headphones I was wearing on my neck spoke to my being in a hurry. Anyway, neat, clean store, friendly service.

Dealt with Tony for nic salts and a replacement coil on one of the leaky Smok pens. He did a great job helping me out and was a great conversion. I’d highly recommend this location as the atmosphere is as smooth as a dolphin.

Customer service here wasn’t great. I called ahead to check if they had a product and got a quick ‘yup’ before they hung up. When I came in, there wasn’t much help finding it, and the employee seemed pretty uninterested. I said thanks on my way out and didn’t even get a response. Probably won’t be coming back.

just was on the phone with a customer at 2:45 on 6/9 they order our product off a third party website I called to get them better pricing the info had not been updated this employee was so rude he patronized me and then continued to call me a liar and hang up

I was just at this location a few minutes ago and experienced an incredibly rude employee. I am newer to vaping and was not sure what I was looking for. The “gentleman” made me feel like I was too much trouble to deal with and said “if you don’t know what you need then I can’t help you.” There was not another customer in the building so it’s not like he was busy. Thanks for the help and information! I hope your day gets better, sir.
