I can't say enough good things about Snaps Before finding this place, I used to go to Mr. Puffs on Ridgeview, and more often than not, I would leave disappointed because they never seemed to have what I needed in stock. A coworker recommended Snaps, and I'm glad they did. From my very first visit, I was impressed. Unlike other vape shops, they actually keep their shelves stocked and have a great selection of vape juice, disposables, pods, and devices. Every time I walk in, I find what I'm looking for, and I always leave satisfied. Even on the rare occasion they don't have my favorite flavor, it's never an issue because they have so many other options to choose from. The staff always gives great recommendations, and I've ended up finding new flavors that I probably wouldn't have tried otherwise. Their knowledge of the products and willingness to help customers find something they'll enjoy really sets them apart. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help. Whether you know exactly what you want or need recommendations, they take the time to answer questions and make sure you're getting the right product. Customer service like that is hard to find these days. The owner deserves special recognition as well. He's always welcoming, friendly, and genuinely appreciates his customers. You can tell he takes pride in running the business and making sure people have a great experience every time they visit. That kind of hands-on involvement makes a huge difference. On top of the excellent service and selection, their prices are the best in town. Between the competitive pricing, fully stocked inventory, outstanding customer service, and knowledgeable recommendations, there's really no reason for me to shop anywhere else. If you're tired of wasting time driving from vape shop to vape shop only to find empty shelves, do yourself a favor and check out SNAPS ELITE VAPES. They've earned my business, and they. become my go-to vape shop. Highly recommended!

This place is awesome and so welcoming. Taylor and another girl with blonde straight hair recommended me these honey sticks that are amazing! Taylor was very nice to talk with and honestly felt like I’ve been here so many times with our interaction! Definitely recommend this place and Taylor!
