I’ve been vaping since 2015. I’ve been in LOTS of vape stores and smoke shops. This Vapor World is BY FAR the best shop when it comes to customer service. Ethan is always super helpful and pleasant and has such a sharp memory. He remembers everything I’ve ever bought and can whip out parts and pods etc immediately when I need them. I don’t even know what half of them are called so he also educates me and is transparent about my purchases. Selection is great and they always have exactly what I need. Great experience every time!!

Stopped in today after the BP gas station across the street sold me a broken fogger vape pod. I literally walked out of the BP gas station and walked back in and the guy would not return my $25, I literally just spent and I had receipt as well. They did not have a sign stating you have to try it right there in the building. Even though they do have no smoking signs in the store. So, I came over here to Vapor World and my guy Ethan swapped out my element that was bad on the new fogger pod. He used one of his own elements off one of his old pods. I didn't even have to buy anything. What a kick ass employee, and just an all around great guy. Outstanding service. If I could give it 10 stars I would. JUST A HEADS UP!! Don't go to BP gas station on Parker St. in Olathe.

Most of their juice is dusty, old and expired. I bought a couple bottles here and then noticed later that it looked like dirty motor oil and expired 5 years ago. I went in to exchange it and she put it right back on the shelf like it wasn’t a big deal. I’d avoid this place.
