Every time we've been in the employees have been super friendly, very knowledgeable about their products, seemed to be excited to be there (I know who's really excited to be working anywhere right?) The people I've met there have been a breath of fresh air! If they aren't upper management they should be or have their own store. They have a gift to share with everyone and this younger generation needs some excellent role models to learn from! I'm thrilled and excited for them and their future! Keep doin what yall are doing! OOHH Selection of products is excellent and prices are within reason!

Will never go anywhere else for anything smoke shop related. Mainly because of cashier G. She is personable and professional. Knows everything about everything in that store and around in the area. You won't find customer service like it. Owners should be so proud of how she composes the business. In a world like today, people can be difficult, never once has she not been professional and compassionate. Worth the drive even if you don't live in college hill.

This used to be my go to vape shop and I even sent all my friends there. The woman who works there now is terrible. Before she was just not friendly at all! Then, still unfriendly but YELLED at me when I leaned my elbows on the glass. She proceeded to grab the glass cleaner and wipe off the glass in front of me while I was trying to get a vape. She said some other rude things to me but I was so in shock that I wasn't listening. I came to read the other reviews and apparently she's been doing this to other customers as well. I literally told everyone not to go there anymore. That was uncalled for. Touching the glass was more important than customers purchasing products.

This is my top favorite smoke shop!!! Sam is a great person and will handle any concerns you may have. He treats customers like family and never disappoints when it comes to products!! Always good quality

I went into this vape shop at approximately 11:30 p.m. on Friday night. I bought a pack of buzzers which normally cost $6.99 plus tax at other 360's around Wichita . The guy behind the counter just spit out a number of $10 apparently not realizing that I'm not stupid and then I'm aware of how much I'm being charged at other shops. On top of it all he told me I couldn't use my phone number for my rewards so I want to inform the owners of 360 now that if I feel like I'm getting screwed by somebody that's trying to make an extra Buck off of your business how for is own personal profit then I'm not going anymore. Many shops in town to choose from. I'll bet money that I'm not the first person to be overcharged. You might want to be a little more aware of who you're hiring to operate your business when you're not there. That's all!
