I’ve always had good service here but today the person working first didn’t give me my change which is whatever it was only .21 but she said it was because they had no penny’s and I’m sitting there looking at a drawer full of other change just give me two dimes? Then I was asked to try it in store like usual and this time it was burnt so I told her it tastes old & burnt and she told me to try again so I did and she said I’ve never heard anyone say that before try again later and then I’ll call. I’m not staying in the store however long she thinks is long enough to tell her it’s burnt why am I trying it in the first place if it’s not going to be fixed ? Anyways I think I will find a new vape shop.

Kara is an exceptional clerk. I bought a hookah and some other stuff and she answered all my questions and helped me with a great attitude. I have been to the store three more times for hookah supplies and every time she is a delight. Five stars, I will continue to shop at Lava as long as Kara is there.

If looking for quality/reliability, look elsewhere. I've come here on numerous occasions and while my visit is typically satisfactory, the past few have left much to be desired. Like clockwork, my visits are very predictable as I've told staff repeatedly with each visit of my needs and of the frequency that I intend to return in which to buy them ($200ish list about every 2 weeks). Its always the same thing that I'm after, so one would think that it would be in the best interest of the store to make sure to keep up an adequate stock of that product...but nope. I've specifically asked the girl multiple times to please order/stock the product as they said they have it in their "warehouse". After returning around 3 visits over the span of around a month have left me looking elsewhere as they still refuse to have any good business sense/customer service. Also, some of the hardware that they carry is incredibly low quality. I've had conversations and given feedback to the staff to which they whole-heartedly agree yet the venue continues to refresh and stock poor quality items. Do yourself a favor and seek whatever it is that you are looking for from this place elsewhere.

The absolute worst place to go. On one occasion, one of the workers was extremely intoxicated and it was around the time they had just opened, so nearly 12 PM. My most recent visit, my cashier wasn’t wearing shoes. She was completely barefoot walking around the store. I’ve been told to my face by the woman who was previously intoxicated that she’s “too lazy” to restock the store. No exchanges for faulty items bought at full price.
