Guy who manages the store is super chill and knows me by name! Accommodating to always finding products for me that are the best deal and actually work for me as well! I came in and had gummies not hit me and they sold me more for 50% off so I’d actually feel something. I appreciate these guys in these times !!

This used to be my favorite store. They used to be chill. Recently I bought a vape from them and it doesn’t even work. The battery is charged and has over 90 percent juice. When I went in to see if there’s anything they could do. I was willing to get another one for at least half off or something but he was rude and brushed it off. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. They have gone down hill. Try hillside. I’ve never had a problem there.

I bought a lost Mary vape and I haven’t even had it a day and sometimes it will hit but the majority of the time it won’t! When I brought it back in they refused to do anything about it. Even though they saw that there was still 99 percent juice and charged. I was even willing to buy another one but asked if I could get a discount because it was clearly defective. They used to be so friendly and has exchanged my non working vapes before but they basically told me to screw off. Used to be my favorite shop. From now on I’m telling everyone to stay away!! I’ll be getting on my TikTok and letting all of Wichita to stay away from this store!!!
