I love the employees at the Broadway shop. They are always helpful and kind. They go above and beyond to make sure I leave a satisfied customer. However, as far as the store and the products offered, that has continued to go downhill. It's really a shame to return to this store time after time to not find products I need or want. The employees there do their best to help me with what is available and I know how much they don't want me to leave disappointed. I hope that this store can get back to the standard of providing the same great products as they used to!

They make their own juices of which I personally am not fond of. I feel that it's way to expensive for the quantity or amount verses commercial juices. Their juices burn much faster as well. I wish that it was possible for places to carry both for their customers,,,I have simple found out that its much cheaper and you get what you need by shopping online verses having to spend3 tines the amount by going to multiple stores and the jack up in price they put on items are outrageous. Staff however is knowledgeable and friendly. But one store may not have what the others do,which does make it a bit of a headache.

Excellent customer service. They corrected the vg/pg ratio that a competitor was selling us and making our coils burn up daily from their juice. Since changing to Luckys juice at the correct ratio we have not burnt a coil in over 7 days now. Luckys juice is also half the price of the other place plus Luckys has 2 for 1 juice at certian days Thank you Luckys...great job on saving me money!

Lucky's is my go to spot for my vape necessities. I love how they have a wide selection of flavored juices to choose and customize from. The workers were super helpful with helping my pick out my new tank last time I was there too!

I went to this shop having never vaped before, hoping that going in to a shop would help me get some good information on vaping. Well, the staff isn't helpful, and they act like they're bothered by y=the presence of customers. Oh well. I bought a mod from them, and the product is a good one, but I went home and checked online for instructions and it turns out they opened the box and removed pieces. The mod was supposed to come with an extra coil and tank, both were missing. Also, their retail markup is in the neighborhood of 100%, so save yourself some money and frustration and buy online. I'm okay with a bit of a hefty markup for convenience, but taking parts from the boxes is a new level of low down dirty.
