I like going there because they have better prices but the staff is not friendly and I guess their air is out because it's hot in there.

Would be really great if they ever answered their phone so I don't have to waste a trip to BG for nothing

I would first like to say that this is the only Vape Shop that I usually go to and if I go to another shop then it is just a different location. I have never had a bad experience in this location or the Bypass location. Everyone is always very nice and helpful and have you in and out as quick as possible. Today was the first time i have had a negative experience and I am actually pretty baffled by it. When I walked in I walked I went and got right in line looking for what I wanted. He got done with a customer and I was fixing to go and a lady cut me off and I didn't say a word and just let it go. But then after her it was my turn and he looked at me and then turn to the guy next to me and I said " I was literally next and have been standing here waiting, but you know what its kool I'll wait." The employee ( who I don't think I've ever dealt with before) looked at me and said " get out of my store now." At first I didn't hear him, because I had my ear bud in and when I took it out I asked what he said and he said " I told you to get out of my store right now!" I looked at him extremely confused and said " your kicking me out of the store because I have been standing here waiting in line and this is the second time you took the person after me and ignored me." He said " do you see how busy I am? Does it look like I care about a line and whose next?" At that point I was really baffled and confused, because the whole point of a LINE is to go in order in which people are lined up. I have worked retail for 18 years, so I understand being busy and it being stressful; but that NEVER makes it ok to treat a customer poorly because you are overwhelmed. I was not rude in any way until the end and I was walking out, because it was ridiculous that that employee couldn't control himself in a professional manner and couldn't just take responsibility that he had let not one but TWO people get in front of me. He could have easily apologized for it and waited on me next, but instead he was on some power trip and wanted to be aggressive towards someone to make himself feel better. I hope he got what he wanted out of it, but it was disgusting behavior and it's sad to think that such a great friendly establishment has someone like that working there and treating people that way for no reason. I know I am probably wasting my time even writing this, but I got time today and want that employee to know your attitude was trash and for no reason at all. I hope you got whatever you wanted out of treating a customer that way. It's ok to be overwhelmed and stressed out, but it is NOT ok to take that out on a customer who did nothing wrong but speak up for themself. My time is just as important as everyone else that was waiting in LINE that you decided to completely ignore. DO BETTER!!!!!

Best vape/smoke shop in town tons of choices. Never can go wrong with this store I recommend it to everyone I know!
