Only smoke shop in town I go to. I work nearby so it started as convenience, but they have never done me wrong and have definitely gained a loyal customer. All the employees are super kind and patient, and always give me reccomendations that hit everytime. Mo was mad helpful when I bought a vape that was bugging, and he helped figure out what was wrong and fixed the problem. I see other people have had issues, and I'm not invalidating that, but if you come in and you're nice to them, they're gonna be nice right back.

I, unfortunately, am proof that no matter how great a place is, all it takes is one bad experience to ruin the vibe and run off a loyal customer. I love this store, the employees are nice and super helpful. I'm really gonna miss it. I've been a once to twice weekly customer since the Walton Ave store first opened. I bought an ejuice from there that was expired, and honestly, now that I know better that's on me, I should've opened up the box there and checked before I left. The date wasn't on the box, it's on the bottle. It was almost a year past date and tasted like it. I was 1st told he'd replace it, but then didn't when I brought it back in 🤷🏻‍♀️ The worst and most stale juice I've ever had. I hope y'all go through your inventory and get rid of the out of date products, unfortunately I will be going to kure vaporium from now on, they give you a Replacement if you just plain don't like it, and it's got to be at least half full and within 2 weeks. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK YOUR DATES BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. EVERYTHING IS EXPIRED IS WHAT I WAS TOLD. Sorry guys, I didn't want to do this, but that was pretty effed up.

Because they say they open at 8 am if they don't, that's what I call misleading advertising.

So the shop I normally go to was closed so I called to see if Smoke World carried what I needed and I was told they did. I had called another place but I couldnt really understand what they were saying and they sorta just hung up on me lol. So I showed up and when I walked in I was greeted by the guy working and told to ask if I had any questions or needed help. I found my stuff and had a little back and forth with the employee asking which brand of the product he thought was best. He gave me his opinion and I went to check out. It started off as the normal auto pilot type routine between 2 strangers just exchanging pleasentrys while doing business. Before I knew it we were just talking like I was a regular and just sorta veered into 1 random conversation after another like guys do. I asked his name and told him mine. His name is Khalil, and other than being surprised and happy about the prices being a bit better and the location being closer to my house than the other shop, I really enjoyed the visit because of how dope Khali was. What I thought would be a hassle having to go to another shop turned into me sorta being glad the other spot was closed and I found this one. I plan on making it my go to spot from now on fr.
