Customer service is good, though the foreign accent of the employee that I dealt with was difficult. I tried to explain the type of vape that I needed (more than a few times) and gave up and bought what I could see on display. Still a good place to shop due too cleanliness, semi fast service, large selection and convenient parking right in front of the store with plenty of parking space
