The girl with pink hair was the sweetest ever and was super helpful! She didn’t have my usual vape but helped me picked a new flavor. definitely recommend this place solely for her!

The young woman working at this shop on Saturday evening should not be in a customer service role. Tonight was my first and last time in. She was rude, condescending and dismissive. Shame because it’s a nice enough store.

its been about a year since ive actually been inside the store. The last 3 times ive come here the door has been locked, with a sign saying the person is going to be in the bathroom. And I get it, the owner doesnt want to pay to keep a 2nd person around. but thats 3 times ive moved right down the street to vip smoke shop in latonia and spent money with those folks instead. its further away from my house but ive built up rewards already. Ive never felt that the employees at club vape were in general knowledgable about the technical parts of this hobby but they were at least nice the times I have shopped here in the past. unfortunately that will not be enough to get me to come back and shop here. not when vip has just as nice and knowledgable people, more variety in product, only 60 seconds more down the road AND they keep their doors open for me

Katie is by farrrr the best employee there! Always so upbeat and more than willing to go above and beyond with assisting me.

Best vape store to go to and good customer service! Don’t listen to these other reviews these people don’t know what they are talking and are prolly mad bc they just didn’t have the vape or something the wanted
