The good people are always there to help you out that you’re trying to vapes always got new good vapes I think they’re all good dudes in there, man thanks for everything. Must go to their shop and they got the best deals in the best things to reward you on.

This is the absolute best smoke shop I've been to in a while. The guys there are knowledgeable about every product they have and are able to answer pretty much any question you throw at them. Jaden specifically has been incredibly helpful every time I've been in and has helped me pick something good every time! Highly recommend!!

Yes, VIP smoke shop on Mall Road is by far the best place to go ever I stopped going to all the other places because the staff here are incredibly nice. It doesn’t matter what kind of day you’re having when you go in the store you leave smiling the employees are just above and beyond what you would expect it’s a great place even if it was more expensive which it’s not I think I’d still go to here.

Cody always has the best deals on the products that best fits me if they don’t have it they will get it . The store is always clean , appealing, shelves always fully stocked and customer service is always a pleasure..

Absolutely great customer service, great selection, I love this store. After several days of searching for a hemp wrap brand that I enjoy, they sold out only for them to reach out to me weeks later with a phone call to notify me they re-stocked my favorite hemp wrap. That is dedicated customer service, and if there was an option to select 6 stars then I would! I will be returning as a regular now.
