I popped in a hurry on my way to another destination. I was taken back when I walked in the door. Not expecting to see such a bright, clean, and very well kept shop. It looked very high end! Like something I would see in an upscale neighborhood in California. The staff were quite friendly and knowledgeable, like they knew me personally and were super welcoming.

There’s a reason they have a five-star rating- this place sets the standard. The store is beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully organized, with an incredible variety and selection. The staff is just as impressive: knowledgeable, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. Prices are great, too. Very competitive, especially for a store this size and at a prime, convenient (right by the highway, mall and restaurants) location. I’ve visited countless smoke shops-and even own one myself-so I don’t say this lightly when I say this is hands down the best I’ve experienced. The only thing they don’t offer is fresh, made-to-order “on-the-go” hookah, but that might just be a Michigan thing 😅 They truly carry everything you could need, including one of the largest selections of kratom and extracts, vapes, glass etc. I’ve seen, and they’re always bringing in new products weekly. If you can’t find it anywhere else, you’ll find it here. Honestly, there’s no reason to go anywhere else. I’ve told countless people about this location, and it’s become their go-to as well. My friends and coworkers have all had nothing but positive experiences! There’s no shortage of smoke shops in the area, yet I find myself driving from Independence to Florence every couple of days just for this spot- I don’t even bother with other shops anymore. If anything, I just hope business keeps booming for them- so much so that they extend their hours or even go 24/7, especially on weekends! My favorite smoke shop ever ❤️‍🩹

My little petite blonde friend Nela (they prob know exactly who I’m talking about bcuz she is there every couple days 😅) told me about this smoke shop saying it was the best in the area..she owns a smoke shop out of state so I trust her judgment !! Plus she says because she spends a couple hundred every time , she always gets loyalty discounts !! Decided to check it out on my own & was impressed !! She recommended some SimplyM & other tablets she liked & I came in looking for them - they had just got them back in stock but unfortunately they’re double the price now 🥲 I double checked online just to make sure it wasn’t price gouging because it was a popular product, but it was actually still a little cheaper in store than online !! they are honest people not just trying to get over on their customers.. I grabbed some other products she recommended .. they were placed in cases in the middle of The store , neatly organized !! So nice because you can actually see the product in front of you instead of having to squint for stuff behind the counters 😅 like most shops !! Also everyone here is really Nice & I found my new favorite store !! Def give this place your business - they deserve it !! They got all the products the other stores don’t have , the store is so pretty & employees are very welcoming & willing to help !! I will definitely be back & it was worth driving from Covington to Florence to check out this location 💯

This is my favorite smoke shop in the area! It’s spacious, spotless, and has an impressive selection of just about everything. The staff (Joe, Moe, Dad) is consistently friendly, helpful, and always willing to answer any questions. The prices are also very reasonable- especially for a shop of this size, which you’d expect to have higher overhead = higher prices but they’re comparable, if not even more affordable! I own a smoke shop in Michigan so believe me I’m picky, but they exceed my standards everytime! They carry a wide range of products you won’t find in smaller shops, including newer items. Plus, their loyalty program is a great perk- if you’re a regular like me, you can count on saving $5–$10 on each visit.

I love this place! The store is very clean and well organized and they have a big selection. Their prices are the best, which was a nice surprise - usually most stores that are located right off the expressway are usually overpriced but not this place. Plus the staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help you. I guess the only downside for me is I wish they were closer to Independence, but I still will drive to this store since they are the best.
