So friendly. Good prices. Very knowledgeable staff. I called ahead to see if they had the specific vape juice I was looking for and it was the last bottle so the employee held it for me while I was on my way there. I was very thankful for that. I am in between the Florence & Hebron location and have been buying vapes and juices for over 5 years. I love both locations. Florence is normally busier so there is more staff. Hebron is a little more laid back in the sense that it's not as busy and is a smaller store. With that being said my last trip was to the Hebron branch and I went about an hour before closing time. The employee there was so friendly that we ended up talking until almost closing and he gave me some of the best ideas for duo Halloween costumes for my son and me. I would highly recommend either location. Edit: I have been going to the Hebron location for years now and Kaitlyn is the friendliest, most helpful, and most considerate employee I've ever done business with. I could tell her or show her what device I have and what I'm looking for and my price range and she will give me options right off the bat of all good choices. She also is great at diagnostics. I've had different problems with different vape brands and she gives me solution or sometimes if I'm the problem 🫣🤭 she will educate me in the nicest way and never make me feel stupid or like a burden. She seems to really enjoy her job because she is an absolute pleasure to be around. I've been going to club vape since at least 2019 (Florence & Hebron) and while I have liked all the staff I've interacted with, Kaitlyn is by far my personal favorite. She's quick, knows her stuff, and very personable. My only change would be for Hebron to get a mini coffee shop. Other than that, pricing is very reasonable, selection is abundant, and the staff is way above par. Not buying cigerattes in this economy or the economy over the past decade has been a gift. Oh and I love the incentive of the points and reward system. Edit on 10.30.25 ~ Lishelle was such a great help. I was having trouble with my vape. She was extremely informative, very kind spirited, and allowed me to fill in the store to ensure I knew what I was doing. 10 out of 10 job. She had great knowledge of every product and as I waited for my coil to soak she handled other customers with the same kindness, patience, and helpfulness. Love her!

Stopped by Club Vape today for the first time and was honestly impressed. The store is spotless and everything is organized so neatly. Super easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed. The girl at the counter, Lishelle, was super sweet and helpful the whole time. 10/10

Great shop with good selection of products at reasonable prices. The girl working there (Katelyn?) was very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. She went above and beyond to help me choose the right product. She deserves a raise. I plan to shop here again in the future. Highly recommend!

Store associate (Tim) was super nice and knows his stuff! Helped me pick out a new juice, battery charger AND helped me pick the right coils for my voopoo drag 2. He also helped me change the coil. Fantastic store and a fantastic staff! Will definitely be back!
