I’ve purchased now 3 batteries from this place, none of them work, and when I try to return them they said the best they can do is 50% off another purchase. Which is down right wrong, if I’m bringing you back product that doesn’t work I should get a full refund or something in replace of my purchase that doesn’t work. $40 wasted because they sell broken product. Don’t waste your time with these people.

I buy multiple pens and vapes a few times a week. I had one for two days still very full and he would not return or replace it😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡.If this happened all the time I would understand. I was not trying to be unreasonable I just wanted what I paid for. There are so many shops in the area if I was looking for a place to buy one I would not go there!
