I have been going here for years, the older man and the lady are nice and helpful but the dude with the ponytail is really rude and nasty. He acts like it's a chore to wait on someone. When I go ij and politely ask for something he always is abrasive and rude. You really should hire a friendly person in place of him he doesn't belong in customer service. Otherwise the store is very cool and has some hard to find items.

This guy! The gentleman who owns this store (& the store itself) is a Lexington staple. He's knowledgeable and friendly, and-if he doesn't carry what you're looking for-ask: he might order it for you.

Highly recommended! Everything you'd want in a cigar store, gift shop, newstand, magazine rack...classic/classy shop. It's a cool experience to go into the shop...a deep history of serving the city.

Amazing place with everything they sell.I could spend hours in there just looking at everything they have. Once you make it to the back of the store we're the cigars are you will be in for a treat because they have a huge selection of cigars it because almost overwhelming in a good way. They have some very hard to find cigars that I could not find on my area. Prices were good. I will definitely go back when I am in the area again. The gentleman working was very nice and helped out in anyway he could. I stopped back in the next day on my way out of town to pick up a few more sticks and the owner was in and chatted with him for a few minutes and he was very nice. Overall I will go back anytime I am in the Lexington area great shop with great folks.

One of the BEST stores that I’ve ever been in to purchase something that I know nothing about. Dee was more than helpful and answered all of our questions, helped us pick out the perfect gifts, was kind, generous, and made sure that we left with everything we needed.
