Infinity Smoke and Vape Shop in Louisville is hands down one of the best shop experiences I’ve had. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable. The staff didn’t just answer my questions — they actually engaged with me, showed me different options, explained things in a way that was both informative and funny, and made the whole experience feel relaxed instead of transactional. It genuinely felt like they cared about helping me find what I needed. Places like this make you want to come back, and they absolutely have my support going forward. I’ll gladly keep spending my money here. Keep up the great work — this is how customer service should be done.

What a great set of dudes that work at this place and the liquor store next door. I believe their own probably by the same family, and they are really down to earth and try to help you with all your needs. They may seem a little suspicious because they follow you around and ask you what you want but, you got to remember the play sells a lot expensive glassware. Recommend going in there and trying it out yourself, great, great people!

Selection is lacking for Salt Nic users... just saying, and the ones I did buy are less than stellar. Staff was ok.

I've been shopping here for nearly a year. The staff is always friendly, and helpful. Keep up the great work

Great customer service! Very friendly and helpful! Cost efficient and familiar with new products! Great place for vapes and lots of variety and flavors! Replaced defective devices! Honest people! Only place I will go!
