I have tried going three times and the doors are always locked. Is this normal?

So we have been here multiple times and bought a various products. I'm never disappointed they all seem to be decent and work well. The workers are very informative and helpful I never felt pressured or felt like I was buying something I wasn't going to be happy with. I also enjoy their CBD products and their selection is always changing and so I find I'm discovering new things I didn't know of. We have went a many a times and to many different shops in the city but this is probably our favorite.

We have enjoyed our experiences at your Dixie Hwy Louisville Ky location , each time we've gone there! We are fairly regulars! The lady that is always there , she may be the manager, has treated us wonderfully every single time! She's friendly, helpful and welcoming
