I made a phone call asking if they sold quickfix and the lady told me I had to go in person and check out the shop and see and hung up on me. Let me tell you right now that is NOT how you get customers. You don’t know what my situation is. I don’t have a car so I’m not going to walk 20 minutes just for you to tell me you don’t have what I’m looking for and then make me walk all the way back home when you can just tell me over the phone. Bad service!! They need a new front desk worker asap and maybe someone who can understand too. Shame!

The young lady working today...my first visit...was so helpful and delightful. I had to buy Kratom for my arthritis. I'm having a big flare-up. One thing is that there is great parking. The woman was very patient while I consulted with a friend about the Kratom via text. I will be going back to this store.

They have a frequent buyers reward card. I was passing through, looking for my refillable pods. They didn't carry pods.

In Louisville for the weekend. Clearly a visitor, clearly new to town. HAD THE RUDIEST, MOST UNHELPFUL & DISRESPECTFUL counter person in the world. HORRIBLE. This rude 20-something little girl should NEVER work with the public. Data entry in a locked room only. BYE!
