Stopped by the store during open hours doors were locked, after which I called the store and their was no answer.

Product quality amazing. Selection okay. Service abysmal. I went in there spent $100 and they acted like I was bothering them. Then a person who I guess was the "right kind" got amazing service and spent less than $20. They don't have anything you can't get for cheaper online. Do not recommend.

Disregard the negative reviews talking about how hard it is to purchase things here, it says very clearly on the door. No cash, and no ID. The store is impeccably clean with every piece of glass for there cases so clean you can't see them. Selection in glassware, papers and all other goods need superb, pricing is where it should be for handmade glass, and the employee and owner that I met there were absolutely lovely, knowledgeable and helped me get what I need. I will be spreading the good word of this head shop to all my friends, and will be doing my best to support such a lovely woman owned business.

1st time customer & I was very happy with the variety of supplies here. Miss Harley was very pleasant, knowledgeable & professional & she really helped me narrow my options. And the glass items r absolutely beautiful! I have a new favorite shop that I plan to frequent regularly. Thanks Harley for being so sweet & helpful!

With my friend in Louisville we visited this shop. Very cool and interesting layout with glass cases in a maze of sorts. Products all seemed to be reasonably priced and the vashier was friendly and informative. My friend had been here before and used several of their products and highly recommends them to people who smoke or collect glassware. 👍
