I have to say this smoke shop is a very good one when you open the door they greet you and I like that a lot. I only know two men that work there and they are very nice and sweet and kind and negotiable on prices on their merchandise and products and they sell products from other brands and have really great deals. They have all and any type of smoking you want to do they can help you. I promise you that I came in there to see about getting a concentrate pen and a flower pen. They help me pick out and pinpoint which one fits me particularly and gave me a really great price and I appreciate it so much and thank you guys so much. I love your shop it’s amazing. People should visit it all the time every day I promise you will not be disappointed and if they don’t have it, I’m sure they can get it I promise check it out for yourself. It’s amazing seriously no joke. The smoke shop is better than all the other ones. I’ve been in before pretty big too lots and lots of selections for everything from pipes bongs hookahs I mean everything I promise you will be so happy when you leave! And I truly mean this from my heart not just because I’m leaving a review. I hope this helps someone else gets what they need to get their Sesh on! Ask as many questions as you want and they will answer as they can, and they’re very informational and knowledgeable about their products and if not, you can look it up and find it

I'm a disabled lady that rides a little distance to get to Trippy's. Although there is a step so I can't actually go inside, which is a shame. But I must say the young ladies( especially Sam) go out of their way to come outside and help me. I have had to return something I purchased and got NO hassle. They took care of it Immediately. I love Trippy's and would recommend them as your go to on Bardstown rd!...... JUNE 3rd,2026. Sorry to hear Sam was Moving on,but was up at Trippys today to get some things and as usual when I let them know I was outside Addie was prompt and helpful. Great place,Great people!!!

Typically smoke shop. Large selection, variety of pieces, and plenty of products. The staff here was kind and helpful. Store itself is very clean, well light, and in a good location. They also had a lot of deals when I was there.

this is usually my favorite headshops to get anything from papers to vapes to glass pieces and i love shopping here. unfortunately, the last few times i've been in, the man working there has been extremely rude and disrespectful every time i've been inside. he talks in a mumble and then looks at me like i'm incompetent when i ask him to repeat himself. (im very hard of hearing) i work in customer service, i understand not having the energy, but i don't think the customers deserve the constant dismissiveness.

A very nice store with a wide variety of bongs that have different designs and colors. Very pleased with my new bongs.
