Our evening at the Louisville Thoroughbred Society was an unforgettable experience from beginning to end. From the warm welcome and elegant atmosphere to the impeccable hospitality, every detail reflected the rich tradition and charm of this remarkable venue. The private spaces, fascinating history, and beautifully curated surroundings created the perfect setting for a memorable evening. It felt both sophisticated and welcoming, giving our group the opportunity to relax, connect, and enjoy a truly unique Louisville experience. The food and service were exceptional, and the staff made everyone feel like honored guests. What impressed us most was how seamlessly history, hospitality, and fine dining came together to create an evening unlike any other. For anyone looking for an authentic and distinctive Louisville experience, the Louisville Thoroughbred Society is a hidden gem. It was an honor to spend the evening there, and we look forward to returning.

Xavier is a PHENOMENAL server! Very friendly, informal & professional. Quick and efficient service! The bartender makes a bad drink good (p.s the taste was bad, he made it good with his ideas of what mixes well together) the atmosphere is calm & relaxing. The place is beautiful!

Wow this is a Members Only club, They are allowed to bring in guests, we were lucky to be invited by members. The quality of service, the ambience of the atmosphere, and the variety and quality of foods is unprecedented! And absolutely amazing experience

I would have given 3 stars prior to the new ownership. It wasn’t the best place in town, especially for the quality of food, combined with prices & membership fees. The staff were fabulous! Four members of staff (best staff) told me they were randomly fired immediately after the new ownership took place. When we called to inquire about the price having doubled (we thought it was a mistake), they said “we can put you on a payment plan.” Umm no we have enough money thank you, but 1700 was high for entry into a mediocre facility. We were barely given notice. After being a long term member, we were surprised that we received an email only shortly before price increases, and no phone call etc. Staff informed us we were confirmed to have not renewed our membership. Twice! They’re still sending us bill after bill. We haven’t been for over a year. Two words: corporate greed! Far better places to spend your $$$

Very nice attraction to Bourbon St. The bar staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive. Ask Cris, he'll make you an excellent cocktail! I ordered the Hanger Steak with Parmesan Fries. It was truly one of the best cooked and not overly seasoned steaks I've ever eaten. Bravo! The ambiance was quite stunning, although I would prefer the lighting to be a bit dimmer. If you're not a member, you should be.
