Ordered a few flavors and a gorilla bottle, gotixed up with another customer, but they took care of me with double my order and super fast shipping! Definitely turned a bad deal into an excellent one! Thank you Heather for the quick email response!

Incredible service and wonderful attitude from everyone I’ve come across on this team. Today was Heather who was exceptional explaining things. These are the type of people you should want to support!

I have been using there juice since they opened the first store. Great product and great people.👍👍👍👍👍👍

My sister referred me here after frequenting Vapor Lab for years. As someone who’s recently TRYING to stop smoking, I’m in there often with questions & love that you can get 0% nicotine vape juice. I’m so glad my sister shared her secret spot & Nick is extremely knowledgeable & friendly. I never feel pressured or anxious about my 100 questions. Cool dude, great place, & love they have a loyalty program too! Outer Loop is my favorite location!

This Vapor Lab location on outer loop is one of the best vape shops I've been to in general. Being new to vaping and had just purchased a recent vape somewhere else that i didnt end up enjoying, i was nervous to make the same mistake again. They were very helpful and very friendly. They answered all my questions even if they might have been alittle small or alittle big. They didn't try to push anything on me or try to sell me the biggest badest thing and told me to think about making the purchase if I wasn't sure fully. Well the device and set up they sold me is awsome and dang near perfect for me. Another bonus to this store and other Vapor Lab locations is they offer a big variety of brands of vape juices but they also make their own in house juices. I got some of there juices several different flavors and they are so smooth and taste so good. They can make any flavor and adjust it to how you like it if you want more or less of something that's in it. Bottom line is dealing with big company's isn't always the best choice so shop local and shop family owned businesses when possible. In a case like this you wouldn't regret it.
