Store is closed half the time I go there. Earlier this week it was closed around 6pm. Tonight I decided to walk up there (live ½ mile down the road) just for it to be "Closed for cleaning" at 9:30pm on a Saturday night. Not wasting my time anymore. Go to the gas station a little further down Jefferson, they are reliable.

This is the kind of gas station where you'll go once or twice and have a bad experience.. And we're talking locked doors in the middle of the day, rude cashiers, and disgusting bathrooms. And then you wonder how they're still in business AND THEN you come to see the reviews and go ohhhh it's really not JUST my experience it's most everyone's. I can't understand how this place hasn't come under new management or why management can't get a clue. Everyone hates this place and more people are turned away that would otherwise be loyal. Clean house figuratively and literally.

At 10:15 am yesterday (1/27/25) I witnessed the cashier lock the doors and disappear. From 10:15-10:21 (at the time of writing) I witnessed FIVE people come to this locked door and shake it, look in the windows and wonder what's going on!? THIS PLACE IS THE OPPOSITE OF CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, they have contempt for their clients. I travel the entirety of the South of Louisiana, I've been to 1,015 gas stations give or take. The bathroom in here was like the one on the first SAW movie. Don't believe me, come see it. Locking the doors in the middle of a morning shift is insane in a busy area. 1 Star and that's because I can't stand people who are selfish and cruel because it's more convenient for them. Update: Management, roll the camera and fire her. For reference she looked out the door at 10:24am and looked at me. A customer came up 20 seconds later at 10:25 am and shook the locked door. Update: 1/28/25 I was told to go to the site they copied the link for.. This has nothing to do with customer service or why they locked 6 eager customers out of the store within 20 minutes. The people who work here are completely disinterested in doing their jobs. They all have terrible attitudes, they close the store at night on a whim in spite of claims that the store is meant to be open 24/7, and I just tried to fill my tire with air. When I came in to ask for help because the machine seemed to be ineffective, I was just told "It might not be working," and then was subsequently ignored, as though assisting a customer is an imposition. They need an entirely new staff.
