Bought a $100 vape system from this store on Saturday and it stopped working on Monday. Store would not even exchange the defective device. I would shop elsewhere if you want good customer service because you will not get it at this store whatsoever. Owner referred me to the “Warranty” and the device was literally out of the package for 3 days when it stopped working. Total rip off. Take your business elsewhere there are much more trustworthy shops out there

Excellent service in in one of the most casual shops in Baton Rouge. The guy working the counter Levi is extra helpful and incredibly knowledgeable about all of the things.from the second you walk in until you leave you feel like a welcome member of the ozone family 6/5 stars

Ihab is a very personable and knowledgeable purveyor of his goods, and a very pleasant conversationalist. I totally recommend stopping in, if only for a chat. Good guy, family man, very integral to his community.

Not to much of a selection but it's somewhere u can go for a late night run for ur vaping needs and atleast be able to settle for something...only speaking on disposable vapes tho they have a ton of juices tho there kinda pricey if u ask me tho

Chill place. Just kneel opened so doesn’t have the biggest selection of vape juices but he’s adding more and is super friendly. Plus his prices are solid.
