I usually go to this other vape store on Youree that happened to be closed this Sunday so I decided to go to 318 Cloudz to get shisha for my hookah. I love the vibe of the place . Amber was my sales person and she was amazing!!! Her vibe was so relaxing and she knew exactly what I wanted. Kylie was also very nice. The selection is grand. A lot of product to choose from and reasonably priced. I most definitely recommend this place for people who use hookahs!!

I would have given a 5 star bc I love this place but they are under "new management" .. which is what I was told repeatedly by the new manager herself who appeared to be in her early 20's. She made my experience awful. I was handed the vape of my choice and started to open it and said let me taste it and I'll buy more of the same kind and flavor if yall have any deals. She proceeded to tell me that I had to purchase the one before I could try it and would have to pay full price even if I planned on getting more otherwise I needed to buy the 2 for 40 in order to try it which would have meant i could have ended up with 2 vapes i didn't even like! She legit wouldn't even let me pay full price for the one and if I liked it then she could take off of the other ones price so I could get the 2 for 40 deal. It was either buy 2 without trying and hope I liked them 1 at a time for full price!! It was ridiculous. I told her I had never had an issue like this there before.. she kept repeating well that's exactly why there is new management..and I said well who is the manager and she said she was... for the second time. I was thinking there was a manager over her with the way she kept throwing around the word management. I swear some people get on a power trip and let the word "manager" go to their heads. It wasn't that serious. Luckily she said she would let me try it that time after I persisted.. I tried it and liked it.. I bought 3 vapes .spent almost $75. She almost lost that sale. I don't understand why the situation was made so difficult. I would have glady bought the one vape at full price in order to try it if she had agreed to discount the second one I bought to equal 40 since they had a 2 for 40 deal. But nope. She said they couldn't do that. It was so aggravating. I have purchased from the owner before and I have never been treated that way by him and I would hope he wouldn't have made me buy 2 just to try 1 in order to get the deal.. I am willing to pay for one vape I don't like but not 2!! That's ridiculous. Bc at least if I didn't like the one I could have bought a different one to try! If you choose this store..which is awesome and i would highly recommend , I hope you don't have to deal with the new management bc i left with a headache. 1 star bc of that. Usually people are helpful and work with you bc that's what makes money!! I legit bought the 3 so I didn't have to go back for a while and deal with all that. If it hadn't been 930 I would have left and went somewhere else!! I never leave reviews on anything.. but this worked my dang nerves!!
