Moved in from out of state and was having a vape crisis finding out certain vape products had been discontinued in this state . Had been vaping for quite some time and az got me set up with a new mod set up seeing as i was in dire need of one . He was very knowledgeable and has some years of experience behind him . Az i appreciate the hospitality and the good conversation, yall get with him to get your new set ups !

Jim was a very helpful, takes time out to walk you through things. Elizabeth is equally helpful. A great experience for someone new using Mod devices and new to the area as well.

This place is pretty aggravating. One week they only make house juice on the weekends. The next week, they tell you they'll make it all week from now on and come in anytime. Then, when you run out because you think you can go on a Wednesday, they've flipped back to saying come back Saturday. There needs to be some sort of heads-up so customers aren't constantly being left in the lurch. I guess I'll have to switch to premium juices, but I certainly won't come here to get them. Particularly since the hardware I've bought here broke right out of the box and their attitude is that anything that goes wrong is always the customer's fault. Also, they had a sign on printer paper for a while saying they fix phone screens, but the manager couldn't even install the screen protector I handed him without messing it up. It was a fancy expensive one that came with a no-brainer template, too, so it's actually pretty impressive that he still managed to bungle it. But not in a good way.

We came across this place by accident, but I'm glad we did. They have a stunningly huge selection of flavors, and I found quite a few that I liked. The staffers were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, and the prices kicked butt. They also expressed a willingness to let me come up with my own flavor if I wanted, and if it turned out well I could name it. So, kudos for the customer service.
