Points they offer are proving to be a gimmick in my experience. I’ve been stuck at 7 points away from $20 off. I’ve made 3 transactions since receiving the 7 points away text and have not received the text message since to let me know that I’ve reach the $20 discount. It still shows up in their system that I’m 7 points away and the only thing the staff tells me is that they will let owner know because they don’t have authorization to access whatever system to make it right. It’s not about a funky $20, it’s fact that I feel played 😆

The girls that work there are super nice and helpful! The tall girl with the long nails always gives me good vibes! She is such a joyful person and she has a great nail artist! The other lady is awesome as well! I suck at names but thanks for being you🫶🏻🤘🏻💪🏻

Need to fix the store signs and hours is no one’s going to be there at 8 for opening

I’ve been shopping at Lit Clouds for some time now and I must say they are my favorite smoke shop. I recently had an opportunity to stop by the Carencro location and it is super nice. Great selection and good prices, just like all their locations. Only thing better than the selection is the service. Friendly and knowledgeable, Sarah got you covered. She knows her customers and will go out of her way to get you what you need. Do yourself a favor and check it out. You won’t be disappointed.
