I'm a regular customer theses two women had nasty attitudes, they were on the phone with a tech boss or something while checking out customers and their nerves were bad rushing customers out of the door and kept putting up "be back in 5 minutes " sign on the door and locking it. Very rude very very rude.

Have been coming here for years and never had a bad experience. Bruce was impolite and in my opinion downright RUDE. The other lady was and has been extremely nice as always. Sorry I wasn't an expert in the new vapes and their nicotine/non-nicotine/alternative choices. I'll spend my hundreds a month on cigarettes and vapes elsewhere.

I’m big on customer service. So I’m not gonna go here anymore. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to go to Lafayette. I walked in at 6:59 I didn’t know the store closed at 7 o’clock ..There was a customer checking out so it’s not like the register was closed, there was also no closed sign on the door. He put it up after I walked out. But when I walked in, he told me he was closed. Like you couldn’t take the extra two seconds To check me out? Also, last week you guys gave me the wrong cigarettes So I literally had went in my car and then I came back in. The cashier didn’t refund me and give me the right ones so she called the manager. The cashier told the manager she did give me the wrong cigarettes, but The first thing the manager asked was if I walked out the store yet because if I did, they didn’t have to refund me, knowing that the cashier was the one that messed up… That is bad customer service. They ended up refunding me, but Had the manager been there? I promise you the manager would’ve not given me that refund even if she knew she was the one that messed up.

I like this place very much. The staff are very friendly and helpful professional. the location is convenient for me pretty laid-back as well. prices are descent. the only drawback for me that may not affect other people is the smoking smell cigarettes inside.

The stock is limited. They didn't have the brand of cigarettes I smoke, when my husband went to get me cigarettes. He tried to do an exchange the next day. They refused. They said tomorrow the manager will be here. Maybe, they'll let you exchange them. He tried the second time to talk to manager about an exchange. They refused. That's all right. However, they should really post... ALL SALES FINAL!!! Won't be shopping there again.
