They need to sell light up keyboards if they do all rate them higher but they dont so I aint gonna say its a horrible dollar store just needs some keyboards its my favorite dollar store to go to but no keyboards

My complaint is with the manager, she ball face lied to me, and said they weren’t hiring then turned around, and told my husband that they were 🤷🏻‍♀️Most likely irritated because I had a a buggy full, but isn’t that your job? I would of gladly done your job for you if you would get the self check out working for once… She’s rude even when you treat her with kindness, and respect… Also This store is always in disarray, it’s a toss up that they will have what you need, and it’s also a toss up if they’re even opened on time.. I continued going there because the old manager was the sweetest, but unfortunately they lost her! We continued shopping there out of convenience because it’s close, but definitely my family, and a few other families that frequent there will be driving a little bit further up the road for our needs🤷🏻‍♀️I normally wouldn’t write a review like this because it’s just not my character, but idk this just really got under my skin being lied to like that… I couldn’t see her name tag, but she has box dyed red hair that’s short, and very unbecoming of a manager I might add, oh and she wears glasses hopefully that’ll help identify her a little better…I really hope corporate sees this, and knows hard working, and willing applicants are being turned away…. Do better ❤️👌…. I’d give zero stars if I could….

Oh also this is the message I sent to customer service enjoy 😊 Trying to get ahold of someone in the Deridder la region, you have a manager turning down willing applicants saying they are not hiring just to turn around, and tell a man that they are hiring…. That’s not ok! The store is always in disarray, the manager is definitely not friendly even when being treated with nothing but kindness and respect, a lot of the times you can go there well after opening, and it still be closed, they are always out of stock I could honestly go on all day. Had she not lied, I wouldn’t of even wrote this email because it’s not in my nature, but you are going to continue to lose business until this issue is looked into further… Her dishonesty has lost not only my business, but a few others who frequent there, and spend quite a bit of money at your establishment…. We constantly have issues with the employees here. The cashiers are VERY rude and do not care about slamming your products around. I’ve heard them call the cashier up and him say “ I don’t care” about us waiting on him. The cashiers constantly have headphones in and are ALWAYS on their phones even when checking someone out. They shove past you in isles and overall make the entire shopping experience awful.

Great well managed store, it's clean organized friendly customer service makes me wanna keep coming back too this store, answer there phone on the first ring and is loads of help. Couldn't find a better well managed store on top of their business and the loyalty too the customers is a bonus
