Whitney in the bakery truly went above and beyond for our family. She made sure my son had a birthday cake in time for his celebration, and her kindness throughout the entire process meant more than I can say. What could have been a very stressful situation was made easy because of her care, attention, and willingness to help. It’s clear she takes great pride in what she does and genuinely cares about the people she serves. We are so grateful for her and the wonderful experience she created for us.

I want to give a shout-out to Shaylee Broyles for always taking care of me when I come to pharmacy. Always has a smile on her face and goes above and beyond to make sure I’m taken care of. Definitely deserves employee of the month.

I ordered food from the "Hot and Ready-to-Eat" at 6pm and chose the fastest delivery time available. For an hour, my order was "being prepared." Once the order was assigned to a Spark driver, the driver notified me that the deli had closed early and had not in fact been preparing the food. This deli is consistently inconsistent. One person will tell you the food will be ready in 5 minutes. 5 minutes later, another person in there will tell you they're out of stock or there's an hour wait. I know Spark drivers who experience variations of this constantly. At best, they're very disorganized.

i overheard workers talking bad about patrons in the store, produce is always dirty, opd workers are not friendly. workers are confrontational and always seem to be distracted with their personal phones. generally would not recommend shopping here
