I have to say this is the best dollar general I've ever been inside of in my life. The ones in Leesville, last time I went in there you could barely squeeze down the aisles. So I typically try to avoid dollar general like the plague, but on my way back from lake Charles decided to stop in and I am amazed . The place is so clean and tidy, and the lady working there was so good at her job, that I walked out smiling. She had good people skills and was fast as could be. This will be the only dollar store I shop at from here on out.

Came on Saturday November 8th 2025 at 9:30.to make a quick store run after I got off work. I had gotten my items but I deal with IBS and had to quickly go to the restroom and the store was near closing once I got out. I purchased my items and realized accidentally I left my keys in the store and they found my keys and made me wait 20 minutes just to give my keys

Another interesting stop, I got impressed with how convenient are those stores, always friendly people 😉👍

I don't normally leave reviews but somebody in corporate or whoever needs to know that the lady they got in there running that place needs a raise! I shop there sometimes and I see whats going on. The place is always clean and all that, if walking up and there is someone in front of me I can't help but over hear some of the funniest stuff she says cracks me up I can't help it. Sometimes that's why I stop at that one instead of the one in rosepine because she has good energy makes you feel good. But anyway this time I was in there and there was this man in there i dunno if he was trying to steal something and walkout or what but this guy was talking to her like crap trying to intimidate her, he was a big dude but I wasn't gonna let him do nothing i started to say something to him about showing some respect but she handled it and she was professional and she didn't flinch, That lady is a Lion and I don't know what she makes but i know it aint enough.
