I purchased rpm 2 coils and vapetasia 100ml juice. First of all the girl behind the counter gave me 2 cheaper prices than I actually paid for both items. She doesn't know anything info about what she sold to me. I should have left it there at that point. But no since the place is only two buildings over from where I'm currently working I'd decided to stay. I really needed those coils though. I made the purchase and walked out of the door only to take a few steps towards my job and opened the box that the juice came in. When I'd looked at the juice it was dark brown which I'd never use the dark brown or steeped juice because it becomes thick and messes up the coils quicker. So I re-entered the store to exchange a bottle that had not been cracked open yet. The girl said we don't do exchanges especially if the juice had been opened. I proceeded to explain that I'd never opened it. She exclaimed that she'd have to call her boss to see if they could exchange it. No resolve even with a receipt. Wow AINT THAT SOME BULLSHIT. THAY HAVE JUST LOST ANOTHER CUSTOMER.

Officially my new favorite smoke shop in Jefferson. I’ve been using the vaporesso xros for 3 years and wanted to get a new bigger vape but I didn’t know anything about them. I went today and the worker Harry was informative and extremely helpful. He showed me 6 different vapes from different brands and compared them all to help me choose what would fit me best. I ended up getting the Drag S Pro by Voopoo and 2 juices he let me try out (I’m picky and they have a huge selection). Very happy 10/10 would recommend coming here if you want a vape that fits you!! 😇😇

I arrived at the shop shortly after 10 AM, as the posted hours indicate that you open at that time. However, the doors were still locked, and by 10:05 there was no sign of opening, so I decided to leave. This was frustrating and disappointing, especially when relying on stated hours. I hope this can be addressed moving forward.

Finally found a vape shop that carries my coils for the deep vape Zeus tank along with grape juices that I like as well not to mention the gentleman that works there Jimmy is an absolute gem. He was kind and friendly we even talked and had a conversation for a while every time I go in I can't wait to see Jimmy and have a little bit of a conversation Great place to find what you need.

William was super helpful. He and the young lady that work here are really friendly
