I went in to buy some cigarettes, and Logan helped me that day. When I told him I really needed to try and quit, he suggested using Vuse or Juul tapes. So I bought some Vuse to see how I would like them. Logan was very informative and helpful. I really appreciated his advice.

Great customer service! Sales guy was helpful without being overbearing. Great experience 👍

To update my review from a few months ago; Kevin needs to be retrained indefinitely. Every other time I go in there he blatantly ignores me after asking me "Do you need anything?" Honestly I find that really rude and insensitive to a paying customer. Today 2/5/26 I went in there to borrow a scale to help weigh my pet and he had to get Katie to do everything. Every single time I go in he runs into the office as if he's scared to deal with people. Quite frankly I find that absolutely rude. I know he has the right not to serve people but to blatantly ignore a customer is unacceptable. I don't know what his deal is but that needs to stop. It's almost as if he thinks I'm gonna do something and is scared to do anything with me around. As a now paying customer I'd like to get service rather than be ignored. Logan, Pip, and Dakota treat me way better than Kevin does and I'm not gonna lie I got pretty offended by that. Kevin's hospitality to paying customers is a 1/10 for blatantly ignoring me. Katie needs to step up and be assertive and remind Kevin of his place in the totem pole of customer service and to not ignore customers or run away into the office to do whatever he's not supposed to be doing as that needs to be addressed ASAP.

Recently, went to the ra shop in Metairie on Vets and I was very thoroughly helped by I believe the manager katie. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about every question that I had and was able to find exactly what I was looking for definitely will recommend to my friends.GREAT PLACE TO SHOP!!!
