Man came in here for the first time looking for a store who cares about the customers!! Backwoods stay on the shelf. Good cigars good prices ! Got a huge variety , welcoming staff! Best smoke shop for all your needs! Make sure you see Xavier for the great customer Service!!!!

Extremely good products, and, honorable mention, Xavier is definitely one of the best (and mean BEST) salesmen I've ever encountered! Not only does he have great product knowledge, and a friendly up-beat energy, but he will also help you to find the best deal, that will work with your budget. The atmosphere is inviting, and I always leave happy! 😁 Thank you for continuously exceeding my expectations! You've more than earned my loyalty as a customer.

Great service and selection. Also a clean building way less sketchball than the other spots in town

Decent selection and decent pricing on certain items. However, management seems significantly inexperienced. Often shop opens way after hours stated. So, I get the impression the owners or workers come in at their leisure. They are seriously lacking in professionalism. I waited at least 8 minutes while a male employee flirted with an attractive patron. Also, employees sometimes seem irritated.

— Great selection with beautiful vibes! The owner & staff were crazy friendly and on their game as far as customer service. They had knowledge of everything in the store and was able to point out just what I needed which came out to an amazing price. This place is worth a stop.
