Let’s see, it smelled good and she was cleaning and mopping, but she made a comment and I heard her say that strike two. I think it was because I had to walk where she just mopped to get to where the drinks were and then I had to walk and get the cup and then I had to walk back to the ice machine and get the ice to keep the cups behind the counter then I heard the same girl mopping say I can’t believe this. I just can’t believe this. Let me tell you something I’m 64 years old and I’m tired. I’m too damn tired to fuss. what I wanted to do is throw my ice on the floor by accident right where she was but I’m better than that. I sucked it up and offered it up. I just can’t take mean people inappropriate employees that say things like we’re too stupid as the customer to know that they talking about us So I’m gonna publicly write the horrible review because of that. Went in to buy on nicotine. Seen a sign under on saying 3 for 5. Cashier was on phone while working. Took pinpad and put in her phone number for rewards points. Rang up at 15 dollars. She said take it or leave it. Took one for 5. Called corporate and never heard back. They staff don't care bc corporate doesn't care. Shop right was booming in 90s opening up new stores and buying out tobacco plus. Now there going down. Haven't opened up or remodeled old outdated stores. With all the competition with great customers service I can see why they growth is stale.

Just sat outside the store when online says opens at 6a. Literally seen a guy drive up open up the gates off the front door then get back into his car, then from the same car a girl exited and opened the front, went inside relocked the door and went to the office I'm assuming. Waited till 610a, no one in sight. If a store says opens at 6a then opening employees should at least get to location 30 mins before not when it's supposed to be open. And this 1 is only 1 of the stores that said it was open and was glad because they have the cigs I smoke, so now driving home to Carencro no cigs and will have to wait till way later😮‍💨😮‍💨😠😠🤬😡😡

Lady with blond braids at the fron is an absolute B. I went back in to say the pump wasn’t working then she literally yelled at my face to move to a different pump. It’s literally 10 am like calm down. And I tried to say thank you but she kept yelling at me. Check the gosh dang cameras November 15th between 10:30 and 11.
