I stopped coming to this location because of the customer service. But now I love the new girl that have locs (dishika) she's so polite she kinda threw me off when she was speaking and talking wit everyone. They need more workers like her in that place.

So went to Hwy 171 Dollar General & the manager on the phone literally said “I’m not coming up there to make no returns for her tell her we sorry ” we bought two fans $40 ….one blows hot air the other one is missing pieces …So they just took my money and gave me crappy product.

Only reason this store got a 1 star is because I had to! Management undoubtedly doesn't know how to train their employees! I purchased a hair dryer at a Dollar General in Mississippi and didn't use it,it was still in the box in the plastic it came in and I had the receipt!! I purchased it 2 days before bringing it in this store to get my money back!!! I was told I couldn't get my money back that I had to return it where I had purchased it which is 289 miles from here!! I asked him since when do I have to do that he said it's always been that way i told him that's is not right you can return at any Dollar General as long as you have a receipt!! Well they wouldn't let me return it in this store!! I had to go to another Dollar General like 2 miles down the road to return it!!!!! They need to be trained again and learn their return policy!!! I won't be back in this location!!!!
